  Sensirion, Inc. offers a variety of differential pressure sensor products, including: SDPx108 Series, SDP600 Series, SDP1000 Series, ASP1400, and Customized OEM Solutions. SDPx108 sensors feature an analog voltage output of 0 to 4 Vdc, an 8 ms response time, and a 0.05 Pa high resolution. The SDP600 Series digital/dynamic sensors have a calibrated range of 0 to 500 Pa, and a measurement range of ±500 Pa/±5 mbar/± 2" water. SDP1000 Series sensors feature an amplified, analog voltage output of 0 to 4 Vdc, and an accuracy of 0.1% full-scale near zero. ASP1400 Series offset-free, highly accurate sensors feature a unique dynamic range of 0.002 Pa to 100 Pa.   Sensirion's liquid flow sensors use CMOSens Technology to measure liquid flow in milliliters, microliters, or even nanoliters per minute, even through the wall of a flow channel. In particular, the LG16 and LG216 OEM liquid flow sensor series are designed for flow rates from 5 mL/min or 20 mL/min down to the microfluidic sector, with resolutions into the sub-nanoliter range. They also offer 40 ms response times, making them ideal for medical applications, point-of-care diagnostics devices, vaporizers, environmental testing units, and fuel cell systems.

  Sensirion designs and manufactures digital humidity sensors that measure relative humidity and temperature. The sensors are available in three different packaging types - SMD type, pin type, and DFN type - and feature maximum RH tolerance from plus or minus 1.8 percent to 4.5 percent. The sensors also feature maximum temperature tolerance ranging from plus or minus 0.2 percent to 0.5 percent.

  Sensirion, Inc. offers SDPx108 Series, SDP600 Series, SDP1000 Series, and ASP1400 differential pressure sensors. SDPx108 Series sensors have dynamic ranges available from 0 to 500 Pa and 0 to 3500 Pa. SDP600 Series sensors measure with the highest sensitivity and accuracy even at the low differential pressures of <10 Pa. SDP1000 Series sensors feature excellent long-term stability and measure even miniscule pressure differences below 0.25 Pa (0.001" of water). ASP1400 sensors have a dynamic range from 0.002 Pa to 100 Pa. These sensors have applications for: medical, HVAC, industrial, automotive, clean room control, process control, instruments, process automation, etc.
