  Pyromation offers nozzle melt thermocouples. Tip lengths range from 1/8" to 1/4", and they come in straight, 45°, and 90° configurations. Other feature options include: a stainless steel overbraid, stranded conductors, fiberglass insulation, flexible mirror, a boc connector, cable clamps, mating connectors, etc.

  Pyromation makes resistance temperature detectors and sensors, including bearing sensors, non-intrusive single and double wall sensors, tri-clamp sensors, can-style sensors, plastic detectors, explosion proof sensors, Teflon-coated RTD assemblies, heat tracing RTDs, averaging sensors, thermostat sensors, and variable length RTD sensors. Their plastic sensors include melt-bolt type, spring- or armor-adjustable immersion RTDs, threaded nozzle sensors, and ring RTDs.

  Pyromation offers the RTDs in the following configurations: general purpose, plastic, tank application, connection head, pharmaceutical, food, dairy, bearing, etc. These RTDs range in temperature from -328 to 1202°F, they have single/dual elements, a 100 ohms initial resistance, and ceramic/glass cores.

  Pyromation thermocouples are made for a wide range of applications, be they industrial, general purpose, or hazardous. For example, the FD08 penetration-style thermocouple is used to monitor the internal temperatures of meat, fish, poultry, dough, and other foods; made from full hard drawn 304SS, the materials are FDA compliant for use in sanitary applications.  Another option, the industrial ID01 straight base metal thermocouple, is provided in many styles, from bare to duplex-insulated element, to insulated junction, twist weld, or tig weld. Within the full line of Pyromation thermocouples, temperature measurement is possible between -200 and +2,316 degrees Celsius.

  Pyromation offers a variety of thermowell product configurations, including: flanged, weld-in, socket-weld, Van Stone, and threaded. Heavy-duty threaded thermowells range in bore diameter from 0.260" to 0.385", they have optional lagging extensions, and a tapered design. These thermowells are designed for heavy-duty applications.

• in Thin Film Temperature Sensors

  Pyromation offers resistance temperature detectors in the following configurations: explosion-proof, special purpose, general purpose, plastic, specific application, connection head, food, dairy, pharmaceutical, and bearing. Miniature sanitary CIP RTDs are provided with 16 AMP sanitary caps to fit 1/2" and 3/4" tube sizes. They have applications for the food process, R & D laboratory, biotech, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. These sensors are constructed from the following materials: Teflon, aluminum, 316 SS, polypropylene, etc.
