  LakeShore offers copper, stainless steel, and all-dielectric fiber optic sensors for the following applications: LNG storage, aerospace cryogenic fuel systems, high voltage, RF, high energy research, superconducting research, petrochemical, corrosive, etc. These sensors feature rugged/compact packages, dependable measurement capabilities, wide 450° measurement ranges, and ±0.5° repeatability ratings over the entire range. These sensors have operating temperatures ranging from -200 to +250°C, spacing up to 1000m between sensors, and wavelengths ranging from 1510 to 1590 nm.

  Lake Shore makes cryogenic temperature sensors including silicon and GaAlAs diodes; positive temperature co-efficient RTDs in platinum and rhodium-iron models; NTC RTDs in Cernox, Cernox HT, germanium, carbon-glass, and ruthenium oxide; and thermocouples. Their platinum RTDs follow an industry standard curve from 73K to 873K and can be used down to 14K, while their rhodium-iron thin film sensors include wirewound capsule versions.
