  • in Flow Sensors

Thermal mass sensors by Innovative Sensor Technology utilize heat transfer principles to determine the flow velocity of a fluid. These sensors are applicable in both gas and partially in liquid, are able to detect the presence of a liquid, biofilm, or bubbles, and can indicate liquid level.  Gas flow products include more sensitive units such as the MicroflowSens and MFS02, both featuring 0.0001 m/s sensitivity and <10 ms response time, to products with broader measuring ranges, such as the FS2 and FS5 that measure up to 50 m/s and 100 m/s, respectively. There are also four liquid flow models, each offering a measuring range from 0 to 10 m/s, sensitivity of 0.01 m/s, and response time <100 ms.

  • in Humidity Sensors

Innovative Sensor Technology manufactures IST thin film, capacitive-relative humidity sensors that feature low hysteresis, fast response times, and high chemical resistance. Available with wire configurations, SMD configurations or as modules; the sensors can measure 0 percent to 100 percent relative humidity and can operate at temperature ranges of -80C to 190C.

  • in Liquid Flow Sensors

Innovative Sensor Technology offers liquid and gas flow sensors. These sensors have a measuring range from 0 to 10 m/s, a temperature range from -30 to 250C, a 0.01 sensitivity, and a <100 ms response time.

  • in Temperature Sensors

Innovative Sensor Technology is an international manufacturer of thin-film sensing devices; RTD temperature sensors, capacitive relative humidity sensors, and thermal mass flow sensors. Established in 1991, IST is an ISO 9001 certified company and is headquartered in Wattwil, Switzerland, with an office in the USA.
  • in Thin Film Temperature Sensors

Innovative Sensor Technology offers temperature sensors in TSic, nickel, platinum, and custom configurations. Platinum sensors have temperatures ranging from -200°C to +1000°C, sizes ranging from 0.8 to 10 mm, accuracies ranging from 0.04% to 0.12%, they're designed with high quality materials, and they have applications for extreme temperature applications. Sensors a variety of customizable options, including tolerance class, TCR value, nominal resistance, etc.
