  HTM Sensors manufactures capacitive proximity sensors for detection of liquids, plastics, powders, and pastes; and also builds inductive proximity sensors.  The capacitive sensors feature a plastic or metal body in sizes from 1.35 mm to 15.37 mm. The company produces a number of specialty inductive sensors types including its long range, MetalHead, weld field immune, and SpatterGuard series. Several of the inductive sensors feature two or three times the sensing range of standard proximity sensors.
