  Georg Fischer Piping Systems carries an array of flow sensors in different configurations. Paddlewheel flow sensors come in several models, like the 515 Rotor-X that has a dynamic flow range of 0.3 to 0.6 m/s, 2536 Rotor-X that has a range from 0.1 to 6 m/s, and 525 Metalex sesnsor for extreme pressures and temperatures. Turbine flow sensors are also available for accurate readings in two flow ranges: 0.3 to 3.8 lpm and 3 to 38 lpm. These units have injection-molded PVDF bodies and ceramic bearings, making them chemical-compatible. Other flow sensors include in-line rotor types for clean process liquids; PVC, PP, or PVDF vortex flow sensors for chemical delivery and deionized water distribution; and ultrasonic units that measure entire flow streams in wastewater and industrial water applications.

  Georg Fischer offers liquid flow sensors in a variety of configurations, including: 7000/7001 vortex flow sensors, 515 Rotor-X paddlewheel flow sensors, 2100 turbine flow sensors, 2000 MicroFlow rotor sensors, and 3300/3500 ultrasonic flow monitor systems. 700/7001 Vortex flow sensors have pressure ratings up to 232 PSI, operating temperatures up to 149 pF, and NEMA 4X/IP65 ratings. Georg Fischer also offers digital display instruments, needle dial/LCD display instruments, in-line rotor flow sensors, etc.

  Georg Fischer offers a variety of paddlewheel flow sensors, including: Model 525 Metalex, Model 515 Rotor-X, Model 2540 stainless steel, Model 2536 Rotor-X, and Model 2517 brass. Sensors install into 0.5" to 36" pipe sizes, they have flow rates ranging from 0.3 to 20 ft/s, a 20:1-66:1 wide turndown ratio, and come with 25 ft of cable. Sensors have applications for cooling systems, reverse osmosis, heat exchangers, chemical transport, HVAC, boiler feedback monitoring, liquid delivery systems, pure water production, etc.

  Georg Fischer Piping Systems provides the 2450 pressure sensor. The pressure sensor features a one-piece injection modled PVDF body, flush ceramic diaphragm, three pressure ranges, solid state circuitry, dual threaded ends, integral adapters, and digital output. Additional components include a 4 to 20mA output or digital output, and 3/4 inch NPT process connection or 1/2 inch male union. Typical applications include level or depth sensing, HVAC, scrubber systems, pump protection, water management, irrigation systems, wastewater, chemical processing, and pressure regulation.
