    Flintec offers Type SBT, Type SB9, Type SB6, Type SB14, and Type BK2 beam load cells. Type SB14 beam type load cells feature a stainless steel construction, capacities ranging from 500 to 10,000 lbs, hermetic sealing, IP68 protection, and high input resistances. These load cells have tank scale, hopper, and platform scale applications, and they are FM, ATEX, NTEP, and OIML approved. Other beam load cells offered by Flintec include: Type SB8, Type SB5, Type SB4, Type SB2, and Type SLB.

    Flintec offers Type RC3D, Type RC3, Type RC1, and Type CC1 compression load cells for pump monitoring system, silo, tank, hopper, and weighbridge applications. Type RC3D are self-restoring, IP68 protected, hermetically sealed, stainless steel constructed, and C3/OIML approved. These load cells feature capacities ranging from 30 to 50t, built-in micro-controllers, fast system setups, and easy communication capabilities. They can improve the following operations: handling of corner adjustment, load cell replacement, fault finding, and system calibration.

    • Type RC1 : Capacities from 250 kN to 900 kN (25.5 t to 91.8 t)
    • Type RC3: Capacities from 7.5 t to 300 t

    Flintec manufactures single-point, planar beam, beam-type, tension, compression, and custom-designed load cells. The single-point load cells are used for retail scales, dynamic weighing machinery, industrial bench and floor scales, and on-board vehicle weighing equipment. The planar beam load cells are designed for weighing environments where space is a limiting factor.  Flintec's beam-type are used in filling machinery, industrial floor scales, tank and silo weighing applications. The compression load cells are known for their high capacity and accuracy.
