  Electrochem specializes in patented wireless sensors that use the latest ZigBee wireless protocol, for low power consumption, interoperability, and security, powered by lithium cells. Their FlowSensorOne Wireless Flow Sensor (FS1), in particular, can be implemented into any piping systems where rate of flow or total flow must be monitored; applications include oil and gas operations and material processing. Measuring 250 mm long, the sensor provides flow ranges from up to 3 GPM for the 0.375" bore size, to 5,000 GPM for the 10" bore size. Its measurement signals are then amplified and digitized into 24-bit words and converted to units of measure at a rate up to 480 readings per second.

  Electrochem produces wireless pressure sensors for high temperature and high pressure applications with its ZigBee wireless protocol, lithium cells and Electrochem BaseStation wireless network that can incorporate 64,000 sensors. The PS1 (Pressure SensorOne) wireless pressure sensor features an absolute, gauge or true gauge type with self containment and  one year calibration. The PS2 consists of a high contrast ratio Cholesteric LCD display, Weco 1502 pressure fitting connection and battery replacement. The PS3 features a 2" hammer union pressure fitting, lithium cell and long life power battery.

• in Temperature Sensors

  Electrochem makes the Temperature Sensor One TS1 wireless sensor with a probe temperature range from -100 to 200C, +/- 1C error band, a stainless steel construction, internal battery, and integrated antennae. The TS1 is ~200mm long for gas or liquid media with no welds and 40,000 psi port burst pressure with a weight of 500g.
