  Edmund Optics has a selection of position detection products for both general and lab use electro-optics. The Coherent Lasercam Beam Profiler has a 1280 x 1024, 6.7um pitch CMOS sensor. The Linear Position Sensor Module measures beam displacement in the X and Y axes, and its values are accurate within 1% over the central 64% of the sensing area. The company also offers Position Sensitive Detectors (PSDs) in two types (segmented and lateral-effect) that can be used for beam alignment, position sensing, and angle measurement.
