  Cole-Parmer carries a variety of paddle wheel and impeller flow sensing products. The first option is the Rotor-X paddle flow sensor, which has an open-core design to ensure accurate, linear output to +/-1% and eliminates cavitation at velocities from 1 to 20 ft/second. The Metalex paddle sensor, due to its stainless steel body, can withstand high pressures up to 1,500 psi. Finally, the Rotor-X, a low-flow paddle-wheel sensor, is designed to measure rates as low as 0.3 ft/sec in almost any pipe size. These sensors resist most chemicals. Each sensor listed above offers a full scale repeatability +/-5%.
