National Plastic Heater Sensor & Control Inc
Three main types of thermocouples are offered by National Plastic Heater Sensor & Control. Plastics industry products include adjustable depth bayonet thermocouples, fixed bayonet thermocouples that are straight or bent 45 or 90 degrees, and compression fitting thermocouples that are straight or bent 45 or 90 degrees. Next, melt bolt thermocouples feature an assortment of options, from standard plug or standard jack, to Flex Armor and Bx connector. Finally, industrial process thermocouples come mineral-insulated standard, with choice of 1" stripped end, plug, process head,or open terminal disk, as well as straight, 45-degree, or 90-degree probe with insulated leadwire.

Pyromation
Pyromation thermocouples are made for a wide range of applications, be they industrial, general purpose, or hazardous. For example, the FD08 penetration-style thermocouple is used to monitor the internal temperatures of meat, fish, poultry, dough, and other foods; made from full hard drawn 304SS, the materials are FDA compliant for use in sanitary applications. Another option, the industrial ID01 straight base metal thermocouple, is provided in many styles, from bare to duplex-insulated element, to insulated junction, twist weld, or tig weld. Within the full line of Pyromation thermocouples, temperature measurement is possible between -200 and +2,316 degrees Celsius.
