Orange Research, Inc. offers piston/diaphragm sensors with explosion-proof enclosures, heavy-duty diaphragm sensors for liquids and gases, and piston sensors for liquids. These sensors have a differential pressure range of 0-5" H2O to 0-1000 psid. Sensors have Class 1-Div. 1/2 rated enclosures, weatherproof designs, high DP ranges, high psi line pressure, etc. Applications include: filtration, level, flow, hazardous environments, etc. Mini-piston and mini-diaphragm sensors with no enclosure are also available from Orange Research.

AST5400 transducers can get line pressures of up to 2,000 psi, and has a turndown ratio of 15 to 1. Sensirion, Inc. offers a variety of differential pressure sensor products, including: SDPx108 Series, SDP600 Series, SDP1000 Series, ASP1400, and Customized OEM Solutions. SDPx108 sensors feature an analog voltage output of 0 to 4 Vdc, an 8 ms response time, and a 0.05 Pa high resolution. The SDP600 Series digital/dynamic sensors have a calibrated range of 0 to 500 Pa, and a measurement range of ±500 Pa/±5 mbar/± 2" water. SDP1000 Series sensors feature an amplified, analog voltage output of 0 to 4 Vdc, and an accuracy of 0.1% full-scale near zero. ASP1400 Series offset-free, highly accurate sensors feature a unique dynamic range of 0.002 Pa to 100 Pa. Onset Computer Corporation offers T-VER-PXU-X and T-VER-PXU-L transducers. Transducers have an operating temperature range of 32 to 1400°F, a proof pressure of 3 psid, and a humidity range of 10 to 90% non-condensing. Transducers operate in a dry air and inert gas medium. LCD display options are available.

Dwyer Instruments, Inc. offers Series 605 differential pressure transmitters in nearly a dozen models. Transmitters have a maximum pressure range of 25 psi, a maximum ±4% mechanical accuracy, and a w.c. range of 0-50".

ABB offers 2600T Series differential pressure ransmitters in two dozen models. Transmitters come in in a variety of configurations, including: 266MST, 266DSH, 264DD, 264BS, 364DS, 265DR, 266DDH, 266MSH, etc. Accuracy ratings range from 0.04% to 0.075%, span limits range from 0.2 to 2320 psi, and the maximum available working pressure is 5945 psi.

Abbeon Cal, Inc. offers 2192.100 and 2191.025 differential pressure sensors. 2192.100 sensors feature long-term stability, zero point traceability, and membrane technology for decentralized installation applications. Measuring range is 0-50 Pa/0-200 Pa, and the accuracy range is ±0.6% FS/ ±0.2% FS. 2191.025 sensors feature automatic zero point traceability, and a micro-mechanical principle for installation in control panels. Sensors have a measuring range is ±25 Pa, and an accuracy of 0.8% of range.

Stellar Technology offers Series DT190 and DT140 wet/wet transducers. Transducers are made of an all welded stainless steel construction, and have unidirectional/bidirectional operation. DT190 transducers have an operating temperature range of -100°F to +300°F, and a psid range from 50 to 40,000. Series DT140 transducers have ranges from 5 to 500 psid, and line pressures up to 1000 psi. Stellar Technology also offers DT14XX and DT19XX transmitters.

Kavlico offers P356 low pressure sensors designed for pneumatic controls, filter monitoring, tank levels, and leak detection applications requiring long-term stability and operational life in excess of 10 years. These ceramic capacitive sensors have pressure ranges from 0-0.5 to 0-5 psi, a supply voltage ranging from 5Vdc±0.5Vdc, and an operating temperature ranging from -20°C to 125°C. These sensors are made of ceramic, brass, and silicon materials.

Siemens offers 590 Series differential pressure sensors. Sensors feature a 10 PSI proof pressure on all ranges, a 24 Vac excitation, and a 0-10 Vdc analog input. Applications include: HVAC, energy management systems, VAV and fan control, environmental pollution control, static duct/clean room pressures, oven pressurization, and furnace draft controls.
